Bank card verification procedure

To quickly complete the verification of the card, we recommend that you read this instruction:

You need to register on our website to get access to your personal account.

Enter the menu section “Account” – “My cards/accounts”, sеlect from the list the necessary direction for which you want to link your bank card for work.

Enter your card number, click “Save”.

The page will refresh. Click on the “Pass Verification” button under your card number.

Following the instructions on the application page, take a photo, upload the file and wait for verification.

Done! If you did everything right, you have access to exchanges without restrictions, in a fully automatic mode!

Important! Often, users indicate the account of one bank, but later they try to choose the exchange direction to which the card is not linked, and receive an error. Please pay your attention at the moment, if you have passed the card verification for the direction for example, Forte Bank, use the direction Bank. KZT card will not work, so use the linked direction or go through the card verification process again by specifying the exchange direction you need, according to the instructions above.
