At the moment we are experiencing difficulties when working with the hryvnia, and we want to notify you about the current situation.

Exchange from hryvnia:
Visa cards are not accepted, however, you can exchange hryvnias from any bank card as it was before, but only if the card is issued on the MPS MasterCard.

If there is no such card, you can easily get a digital card in your mobile banking, transfer funds to it and then exchange it for the currency you need.

Exchange for hryvnia:
Everything is more complicated here. At the moment, we were able to resume the Monobank direction. You can exchange funds for this bank without hindrance, but there may be slight delays.

As for other banks, we are actively working to restore services, withdrawals to MasterCard cards will soon resume.

Why is this happening?
The payment gateways with which we cooperate began to experience problems with the delivery of the service.

We hope that all problems will be solved as soon as possible and working with us will be as comfortable as before.
